I like the Vacaville Premium outlet the best. It is only about 1 hour away at most and has a different selection of many different stores.

Napa Valley has two. The one in Napa is huge and great. It's stores like Levi and Mikasa and Banana Republic. However, if you go a bit further upvalley there's one in St. Helena that has super-high end stores, like Prada and Movado, but it's still and outlet.
