I convinced my parents that after one ginea pig, two dogs, and a cat that we needed a bird. Guess what I got for my birthday? A parrot!! What I did was make a list of how responsible I was and facts about the pet I wanted. What you need to do show your parents that you CAN handle the responsiblility. And also that your bunny needs a little play-mate so it doesn't get lonely when you're not at home. Also my neighbor has three healthy bunnies that he can take care of eaisly and he is 8 years old.

You should show your parents that they can totally depend on you to get another bunny. Take care of all the animals expecially well and help your parents around the house. Pretty much try to be the perfect child for a while. Maybe even raise some money to buy and take care of your new pet.

You can always say that your bunny is getting lonely and that he needs a friend. You can also try getting them to say the bad side of getting another which there is none.

cool. are they really your pets? or do your parents feed, water, and clean them sometimes? tell them the exact reason that you want the bunny, and if there isn't one, you shouldn't get another bunny. make sure you have enough space and resources. try to see it from their point of view.maybe they don't want to have the house twice as smelly, maybethey don't want to have to pay for twice as much food for the new bunny, etc.

i hope your not getting that bunny so you can mate them... cuz thats not a good idea... we are over populated with bunnys and bringing more into this world would be crewl.. most end up dieing at kennels or going to bad homes staying caged up!! but if i were you i'd tell them(if your taking care of the ones you have) that you will take care of it and that it's a good learning experiance to have that kind of responsability!! its teaching you how to nuture and be responsible hahahha!! it might just work!

If you are currently caring for your pets very well there is probably no problem. If you are not I suggest you start to shape up and then you should ask.

Four pets? WOW! Are you taking care of your pets properly?
Maybe if you show your parents that you can handle one more pet they will get you one! Feed your pets, take them on walks, etc. GOOD LUCK!
