Don't over do it! Of course you have to eat healthy. Another tip is that if you get hungry often, drink a glass of cold water, wait 30 minutes, and if you are still hungry then you are truly hungry and you can eat. Sometimes you are hungry when actually all you need is water.
Some activities you can do is stuff like Dance Dance Revolution (DDR). It is great for losing weight and it is fun too! You can also exercise on a treadmill or other things like that

Well if you're really desperate, you have to plan a daily physical activity. Start off with how much physical activity you can do and the more you do the more you get used to it. So add a couple of minutes a day. Make sure you do at least 30 minutes a day because the is the average time. Then change your food diet so your eating just the right amount of food a day. Don't push yourself too much and instead of driving to the local shops might as well walk it for exercise. I'm sure it will do you good for your own health and looks.. Good luck!!!

How much weight do you want to lose? If you want to lose 20lbs in a week, it's fairly impossible (without killing yourself, basically).
If you want to lose between 5-10lbs in a week, that's entirely possible, and even in a healthy manner, depending on how much you currently weigh.
I recommend working out for an hour every day for that week (something as simple as walking will do, or an hour on an elliptical machine is really good and will burn hundreds of calories).
Then, obviously, cut your calories. But not drastically! Women should consume 1200 calories per day, but I don't see how cutting your calories to about 1000 for a week would do much harm. That, in addition to working out, will definitely make you lose weight in a not-so-terrible way.
Keep in mind that a pound is made up of 3500 calories. Depending on how large you are and how much you burn through exercise, this will practically guarantee a loss of at least 3-4lbs, and quite a bit more if you are very overweight and/or maintain an active, busy lifestyle.

You can only lose about 3 pounds a week and stay healthy. The only way to lose weight is to diet and exercise, fad diets will only weaken your immune system and cause health problems. But if you need to lose weight, your body is made up of like 70% water weight. Chew a lot of gum and spit, Sleep with a bunch of layers and quit drinking water, visit a sauna. Its not healthy but you can lose weight.

Cut 500 calories per day. Do more exercise (until you sweat). The point is not just the weight, but also the shape. Exercise and sports are very important to keep good shape.

Don't do anything drastic which may make you gain double the weight later on, so go to the gym and try the regular thing with the guidance of a proper gym teacher

If you are over 21, have lots of sex and drink only fluids -- um, stuff like milk, chicken soup, water and Gatorade is what I mean, by fluids.
