If you do have one, it is always better. There could be a chance that there may not be a lot of Spanish teachers or there could be many but they all may not have the teaching degree and you having one will be a great advantage to you.

In California there is a push for all educators to have at least a Master's Degree in there field. Also to teach High School or lower you will need to obtain a teaching credential. Although those aren't necessary it will make your life much easier.

Depends on what State you live in and the district's need for teachers.

Ultimately, what you will need is a credential and depending on the school's need for a teacher, you can get a credential pretty easily.

You dont have to have a degree in any field to be a substitute teacher so that would be a good place to start.

There are non-certified teachers in a lot of school systems. If you believe you can teach then try to see what is available. You may be able to start out teaching night school classes or summer school.

Si, but only for a short time longer. NCLB (No Child Left Behind) law stipulates that ALL teachers must be "highly qualified" - very soon you will have to have a degree in whatever you are teaching.
