They have gonads instead of ovaries and womb, and don't release an egg every month where the womb has to be cleaned out for the next cycle.

Because nature selected women for being the strong ones. The pain thresholds of women are higher than the ones in men. Women can have a period and continue working and functioning without a problem, men would die if they have to be in such state every month. Just look at them, they die if they have a cold or something like that.

Guys can't have periods because they don't have a uterus. The uterus, or womb, is the female organ that houses and nourishes a developing fetus during pregnancy. When a fertilized egg is absent, in most mammals, peaks in levels of estrogen and progesterone cause the lining, the endometrium, to be shed, in a monthly process caled menstruation. In other animals, estrous occurs, where the uterine lining is absorbed ratehr than shed.

2. Women have a higher threshold for pain and men couldn't deal w/ it.
3. Scientifically, they cannot b/c they do not have the correct equipment. To have a period, you must have ovaries and a uterus. The uterus sheds monthly if a fertilized egg does not implant.

Males don't have periods because the don't have ovaries and a uterus and can't have babies. A period (menstruation) is unique to the female reproductive cycle, involving the release of hormones and the shedding of the lining of the uterus when a fertilized egg doesn't attach to it.

We're not the ones carrying the child, we don't produce eggs. But, men can sometimes have too much of testosterone at one time, which causes irritability.

because god wanted women to suffer for men's stupidity? and by the way women do grow beards; they have more testosterone hormone then estrogen causing facial hair growth. in other words women can be men but men cant be women (they are pansys when it comes to pain)

because we don't have a uteran lining that becomes inflamed and sheds every month causing bleeding so that might be why it is also like asking why don't when shoot out sperm??
