I would recommend documenting every single conversation and transaction that you have had with them along with times and dates. The best way to get a favorable resolution for yourself is to accumulate all of your information then form a presentation that is full of facts, not emotions. Practice presenting this to someone as if they are the owner of the facility. Then setup a time to speak with the owner. Try to keep your emotions out of it and present the facts as clearly as possible. Ask the owner if you can speak, uninterrupted, until you have presented your case and then state that you will leave and allow them time to think if they do not want to make a decision immediately. Feel free, if you can handle it emotionally, to ask him/her if they would like to present their side, with supporting documentation, uninterrupted, so that you can have their complete viewpoint. I believe that this will help you. Good problem resolution and solving will end up better on both sides if they both know each other's angle on the problem. If, on the appointed day, the problem has not been resolved to your satisfaction, then I recommend taking your complaint to the better business bureau. This organization can mediate, for free, your case. The shop must respond to the complaint, or they will be listed on the BBB's poor business practice list. If they do not care, this is much more of a problem. If they do care, then BBB's decision will be binding if they want to continue in good standing with them, and they will have to agree to their demands. As a last resort, after these other mediums have failed, then small claims court may be the way that you have to go, but please remember that no one really wins there. Even if you win the decision, you have spent countless hours and money to get this decision. If you lose, you are out even more. If you have the evidence and documentation that is strong enough to stand up in court, I believe that you will be able to get the issue resolved to your satisfactoin before even going there.

i own a shop ,and you can take them to small claims court and try to sue them, you might even win this one,but its really hard to do,they will come up with all kinds of reasons its doing this, and will try to blame it on you,but if its been that bad, id sure try to get something did about it,anything would probably be better than the way it is now, good luck i hope this helps.
