ok its about this family that lives in a basement for i think about 18 years because they afraid of getting hit by a bomb. and they had one son ( i think matt damon played that role not completely sure) and one day there son decides to leave the basement and baically goes and explores wats up there. please if u know wat i am talking about answer. thanks.

Actually it was 35 years and Brendan play's a person called Adam Webber.He falls in love with a girl named eve. Yes Blast from the past came out in 1999.
