you will need java if you have java great .if not get it .
You will also need some torrant site . you can find most of them on this site they're not all good I know I've tried them

Ares is pretty good. I used to use limewire but switched to ares. Um, any torrent sites are pretty good, a little slow at times though. For a torrent I suggest BITtorrent.
