Hey we were kids too.I remember something that I did at 16 with a 14 year old girl and I don't want my son to get messed up with a girl like that.So far he has not but the temptation is there.
That's all I have to say about that.

I've had 4 teenagers, and some of that reputation is deserved. Not all, just some. Statistics don't lie, and yes, we all were teenagers once, and anyone who says they were the perfect teen is lying. Personally, I always seemed to get along better with my kids friend better than my own kids. Maybe that's because we take for the granted the people who are around us all the time, and don't see the good. Most of the friends my kids had really impressed me. Gave me hope for the next generation. I still am amazed at how young people think today. Parents have raised kids who will probably turn out better than them. This generation of young people should give itself a pat on the back!

You're right. A lot of adults do that. And a lot of teens will do it also when they grow up. I was thought of as noo-good
when I got a job at 16, graduated Highschool at 17,
Moved out of state and worked at a chemical plant in Houston
by 18. I just did my best and ignored them I knew what I was.

Stereotyping is a way of life for some people, you know it's not true dont let it rule your life(a few examples)
All black men driving BMW's are pimps
All Muslims are terrorists
All Germans are Nazi's
All French people ride bicycles, wear berets and eat garlic
All Americans are fat
Not true are they, neither are teenage stereotypes.

Because 96% of them actually fit this stereotype. My favorite comeback to a teenage wise-acre is: "You haven't been alive long enough to know." They don't know how to reply!
