What are cheap plants that can act as hedging next to my fence, so my dog won't jump on the fence.?

It is a wire fence that is 15 feet long that is in the shade. Any plants or other suggestions?

Juniper is cheap and it's picky so he won't like it, but it won't hurt him. Some of them have pretty berries.

i know Exactilly what to use,but i dont know what the name is,well insted of that,u can use a vine plant that will grow over ur fence
