For House: Start by researching a little-known, very rare disease. Then start the story with the person collapsing or something while doing something in a public place. Have symptoms appear one at a time and make it very confusing for the doctors to diagnose. Meanwhile have House see a few walk-ins in the clinic with stupid meaningless problems just to frustrate House and have him make rude comments.

I don't think that there's any point answering this, since Ivy had included just about everything but anyways ( just to not disappoint you Kitty (ᵔᴥᵔ) ) : The most common topics/themes frequently seen amongst young writers : 1) Vampire love stories.A girl ( definitely a Mary Sue ) falls for mysterious, handsome, strong, distant guy at school/University/college. She or he had moved to a new neighborhood, where they meet with each other ( how prototype ) ! The girl tries to find out what the guy hides from her ( how original ), and she puts herself in great danger { vampire dudes are after her and stuff }.But, no matter what happens, at the end they live happily ever after ... 2) Angel/Demon stories { romance } and anything that has to do with paranormal creatures falling in love generally ! 3) Ghost love stories . 4) Adventure stories, where a girl ( most of the time ) has a special power and goes on a quest. 5) Girl gets pregnant/raped/abused/tortured by a stranger, her boyfriend, her husband, her father ... 6) Emo stories that vary.Again, romance ! (just like you said ) ! 7) Zombie stories, alien stories ... 8) Fantasy stories with made up worlds, villages, etc ( I have seen a bunch of them here on B&A ) ! 9) Stories with female slaves, pirates, princesses etc etc ... ... that's all I can think of.If something pops out of nowhere in my brain, I'll edit later :) ...
