Bill Gates and Warren Buffet advised: you need to have passion for your activity and nothing more (which means: succeed, victory, trophies... should not be your happiness when you do something)
You are Genius when your brain is fast and creative: you can make your legs run fast and correctly through appropriate training; why can't you make your brain better? ANYONE CAN MAKE HIS MUSCLES STRONGER, SO ANYONE CAN MAKE HIS MENTAL LIGHTER AND MORE CREATIVE.

You need to have Naturalness in your brain activity, free your brain from works!
Teacher often forces you to keep notes of the lesson, the Genius has good memory, you must then learn to remember!
What I mean by "free your brain from works" is: don't force your brain to solve a problem, just tell it about the problem, then going playing; the solution will be brought to you by creativity!
Don't spend too much time to solve a problem! One instance of creativity is worth a thousand year of laborious thinking!

There are three things that make a person a Genius. One is motivation, a person can be super smart, but if they aren't motivated to do anything with it, it won't amount to anything. Second is a good memory is very important. If you can't remember things well, you can still be very intelligent, but in order to put a lot of ideas together you have to know a lot of ideas. Third is ability to quickly link data into complex conclusions.
