Bill Gates and Warren Buffet advised: you need to have passion for your activity and nothing more (which means: succeed, victory, trophies... should not be your happiness when you do something)
You are Genius when your brain is fast and creative: you can make your legs run fast and correctly through appropriate training; why can't you make your brain better? ANYONE CAN MAKE HIS MUSCLES STRONGER, SO ANYONE CAN MAKE HIS MENTAL LIGHTER AND MORE CREATIVE.

You need to have Naturalness in your brain activity, free your brain from works!
Teacher often forces you to keep notes of the lesson, the Genius has good memory, you must then learn to remember!
What I mean by "free your brain from works" is: don't force your brain to solve a problem, just tell it about the problem, then going playing; the solution will be brought to you by creativity!
Don't spend too much time to solve a problem! One instance of creativity is worth a thousand year of laborious thinking!

ummmmmmmmm First off, Those two people have done virtually nothing themselves to achieve the level their at. Both have exploited and taken advantage of thousands of other peoples hard work, efforts AND creativeness!!! Their "advise" will also exploit indirectly for personal gain.

Like training to get muscles etc refined, the mind and how it functions can only work with what's available to it..... IE: One can not become a genius or more creative! One is either born with those gifts or they're not. One can become smarter for sure!!!!! But that is a far cry from "genius" OR "creative".
