if she has never been with a male they are infertal eggs and you can flush them as far as the medium for her to lay the eggs its up to her if she is comfortable with the carpet its fine especially since they are infertal. females my never lay infertal eggs and some lay them about once a year. if she is never around a male assume they are infertal and dispose of them. you should up her calcium just a bit now for about 2 weeks. you also need to monitor her intake of food if it changes or you see her attitude change etc. get ehr to a vet to ensure no egg binding. you can check with your vet about getting her fixed if you are concerned about egg laying.

Reptiles will sometimes lay eggs even if they are not fertile. She may do this during every mating season. Have you considered getting her a mate? In the wild, beardies are very social animals, living in colonies. They can be very aggresive towards on another, so choose a male in the same size range as your female. As long as they aren't competing for food or mates, they should get along well. One male only, but females do fine in numbers.
If she does produce fertile eggs in the future, remove them from the parents immediately. Beardies will bully beardies, biting off fingers and tails, sometimes killing them.
