Yes, Lupron must be refrigerated after opening. Lupron won't harden when it's cold, but it will add an extra sting to it if it's not warmed up a bit first.
I used to draw up the meds, return the vial to the fridge, and let the syringe sit for a few minutes while I showered, etc. before injecting.

Yes, inj. lupron needs refridgeration.

i think i could be in the frig or not i called 811 from my cell to the hospital nurse u know answer and queston medical hot line and she told me it would'nt effect the lupron

Yes, as your drugs come in, the instructions are suppose to tell you refrigerate. I used the same drug, just make sure before you get ready to use it you let it warm a little or sit a little, cold meds are painful to inject

No, lupron does not need to be refridgerated after opened.
If it's mixed already, however, it needs to be used that day. Refridgerated or not, it'll harden up on you.

Yes...Roll is slowly between your hands for a bit. Or stick in you bra to warm it up. This will help take some sting out. Also ask your Doc. About a cream they have out(EMLA?). It numbs the area it's wonderful also...
