What do all of them mean? I just don't know which one to wear.................... What would be the best bra for me if I just want to have a bra that will give me a clevage but I hate those "heavy" padded bra and I just want something comfortable, sexy, and everyday wear. I get my bras there. The full coverage does not come in small sizes. It is for bigger chests and totally covers you, is ment for support. The demi has "shorter" cups, they go about 1/2 of what a full cup would be, like if you were wearing it. It makes you feel like you're going to fall out if you bend over. A push up bra is ment for maximum cleavage. If you want to impress and look like your boobs are really big, then get this one. IPEX is a certain material that is used to make the bra. It, to me, feels like soft rubber. It's the most comfortable bra you will ever wear. It's like wearing nothing. It has no wires, but it is wireless or supports like a wire. Secret Embrace is just a new bra that has come out in many many colors. Kind of like the IPEX type bra. You can't go wrong with Vic Secret because they really help you try to find the best fit. The IPEX also gave me cleavage but was not like a push up with all the pads. Also they have some that have removable pads. You really need to go to a store and try on several kinds. You won't be disappointed. I got the IPEX for everyday. Good luck!

Lets start with the basics:
Full coverage bras are exactly as they sound. They cover your breasts more and are usually recommended for those that are top heavy.
Demi bras show more cleavage and skin so you don't get as much coverage. For those who are top heavy, you'll be popping out of them when you wake up.
Since you're looking FOR cleavage go for the push up or demi. Don't worry about IPEX and Secret embrace. Those are just certain collections from Victoria's Secret.

The IPEX wireless is a great choice for plain old day to day wear. The push up/demis are sexier and more well suited for dressy wear or the "bedroom".
