This is a great exercise in order to tone your butt and thighs and lose your lower stomach. start by standing up straight with feet hip width apart, maintain a slight arch in your lower back and your chest up, slowly bend your knees and push your butt back, lower your body so that your thighs are almost parallel with the floor. Push through your heels to raise back up to starting position. Do not allow your knees to go past your toes or your upper body to bend forward

Would you consider a slight increase in your general level of activity, and perhaps tolerate hunger a little more?

I hate exercise per se, for the simple reason that I feel like I'm pushing and pulling for absolutely no reason, nothing ever gets done and this frustrates me.

One way I find to increase my activity is to find projects to do around the house, so that way things get done and the exercise is simply the bonus. Another way would be to find activities to do with friends, such as bicycling around.

Nothing strenuous, just stuff to do.

Really, most any kind of work or activity that involves physical labor counts, and it may be best to start by considering things along the lines of activities you already do, you may have to use your imagination some.

Likely at your age, perhaps taking a slightly longer path between classes at school would even be beneficial, not that you want to be late, but consider walking along routes other than the absolute shortest one?

Don't overdo it, consistency is the key, daily would be great but do it in small steps or you may lose interest.

Nothing from Nothing Leaves Nothing, Just get serious, I lost 40 lb. btwn Dec 11 and Feb 20 from giving up the carbs, IE bread, potatoes, sodas pizza etc and very moderate exercise like, 20 min of cardio (Walking, biking, Cross Trainer) 2 times a week. I am for real!
