i go to my moms work everyday its and elementary and eveyone is smaller than me but theres this little kid dat follows me around an hes really annoying.

He probably looks up to you.
Either find something to do that he won't like or better yet try to be nice to him because you might be a role model to him. Offer to read to him or play a game.

Do you want to be a leader? He wants to follow you. Lead him in to love and attention. Dont' you get it.. he doesn't get any of that at home. Poor kid. Change a life and practice leading. You have the mojo and thats what he sense it.

Try to put yourself in his position, you could take it as a compliment he evidently thinks you are worth following. Be a good example for him.
