Wire netting with a mild electrical charge running through it attached to the part of the wall the squirrels are damaging.
My grandfather did this, using the same charge that goes through a dog's electric fence. It doesn't kill the squirrels, but makes other areas seem much nicer, so they leave the wall alone after a bit.

If its at ground level, you could try shaking some cayenne pepper around the base of the house. If higher up, you'll have to coat the holes they are making with aluminum siding (they'll chew through vinyl). Make sure that they don't have a nest inside or they'll destroy the whole side of your building to get at their kits.

Maybe you can make houses for them so that they can go somewhere else. Or put out food for them, it might help! They could be hungry.
