It will probably happen Monday morning or afternoon. Regular business hours.

Usually it's done in a day but can vary. If you possibly can, I'd recommend live drafts however. Often if a few spots are unfilled in a live draft league, they throw autopick teams in. That's why they say it can take up to 72 hours. Even if you do very well with your prerankings you're at a disadvantage. You may get a quality team but it will likely be an unbalanced one, with either too much hitting and too little good pitching or vice versa. Even in a league where every team is autopicked you often have to make trades or drop quality players to do well. Trading is great but if most of the owners are inactive it can be difficult.

No, you are misunderstanding their claim. It says that once you press the "ready" button, it will take 72 hrs to complete it, which means going through the rankings of everyone. Really, the actual draft takes about 2 minutes, but 72 hours is the whole preparation. Yes, it probably will happen tonight.

Definitely not that long. Autopicks are the picks that go by fast.
