Okay. This is going to sound completely childish, but here goes. On the episode of "Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide", where Ned sneaks out of school to go get a free haircut, so he can save the $20 his mom gave him to take Suzy out on a date, Who thinks he looks TOTALLY hot in the picture from the surveilance camera that Mr. Crubbs shows??

I am a child and just recently saw that episode. I think he looks a little hot, but the haircut was awful!
