It depends on what grade you earned those scores. If you were a junior when you tested, your 43 in writing and 45 in math are just below average. But your 67 in reading is great! If you're younger than a junior, all 3 scores are just fine.
The PSAT is 1/10th of an SAT score - meaning a 67 is the same as a 670 on the SAT. To be competitive at a highly selective college, you'll need to be averaging 600 on all of your SAT exams.
If you can get your score sheet from the PSAT on the bottom you'll find some tips on how to improve your score. You'll also have access to a prep website sponsored by the College Board and your score sheet will include a code to get on that website. Spend some time on it, and you're scores will get better as you continue to learn in class.
Good luck!

If you still have your answer sheet, it should tell what percentile you are in. Because the scores are out of 80, I would have to say that a 67 in critical reading is very good. A 43 in writing is a little above average, and a 45 in math is the same.
If you do still have the sheet, in the upper right-hand area, there should be an overall percentile. The percent means that you scored higher than "x" percent of people.

Try to get your math score to at least a 50. thats 500 on the SAT. Most schools want high 500's in the critical reading and math
