maybe u just havent found something that your passionate about or anything that interest you to fully spend your time with, but im sure your time will come its not something to be worried about, once you find something you'll know

you may be a perfectionist who doesn't want to start until things are perfect.

Find something that interests you and gets you excited.
Get a hobby.
Make sure you're getting enough sleep and exercise so you're not always tired.
