i usually have friends to confide in -- exchange worse stories -- that always makes me feel better! listening to music is temporary relief, just keep your mind busy on other things and don't focus on the bad things in life too hard!

the only thing I do is think about why Im so lonely and get online in like a half hour and Im happy as long as someone doesn't tick me off

i pamper myself eat ice cream do anything to distract me but when im soo stressed i scream on the top of my lungs(when no one's there)
then i dont have problems no more
