This question is totally a matter of opinion because to say it's ok depends on what you are basing your answer on. Is it ok biblically? Will it affect the rest of your life in a bad way. The only thing I can answer is should you make out with someone. Let me first say I think it is awesome that you are even thinking about it, that shows that you think it is a serious enough thing and shows you are mature. No it probably wont kill you if you make out (although there is a small chance you could get mono!) But think about these things 1. Most people will always remember their first kiss and you want to remember it fondly, dont let some little girl who kisses everyone be your first kiss, you deserve someone who really likes you and who you really like. 2. Dont worry about what the other kids are saying/doing most are lying and you wont really care in a few years anyway (I know it doesnt seem like it now but you wont) and 3. Some day you will probably get married, and that woman you see walking down the aisle with you will be so special to you that you cant even understand it until it happens. You will at some point wish that you could give her all your firsts, and the earlier you start doing things like this, the less likely it will be that you will have anything to share with only her. Hope this helps!

Yeah, making out is fine, as long as you're both okay with it. (What I'm saying is, make sure your partner is alright with the idea before attacking his/her face.) Also, don't make out or kiss someone just for the fun of it. Make sure they mean something to you. Kissing is a way to express your feelings for someone. Be positive you actually like the person, not just the lip action. If you do decide to, however, here are some tips on how to go about it:

Set the scene. Make sure that the mood and time are right.
Relax! Take a deep breath and let go of any tension in your neck and shoulders.
Put your arms around the person you want to kiss.
Start off with a normal kiss, not too firm, not too aggressive. Closing your eyes is optional.
In mid kiss, gently open your mouth and softly nudge the other persons mouth open using your tongue.
Again, not too aggressively, move your tongue inside the other persons mouth and playfully touch their tounge.
Read the other persons body language, if they seem tense or start to pull away, stop what you are doing.
If they open their mouth more or otherwise indicate they like the kiss, keep on doing what you have been only with a little more passion.
As the kissing gets going saliva build up can be a problem, don't forget to swallow.
Make sure you keep your tongues relaxed but your lips tight (saliva again), you don't want the kiss to turn messy.
Tips:

Don't forget to breathe.
Since French Kissing is "wetter" than other kinds of kissing it is a good idea to start with dry lips, don't lick them first.
If one of you have braces you can still French Kiss, you just have to be more careful and not as forceful when things get passionate.
If both of you wear braces you can still French Kiss, you just have to be very gentle and avoid touching teeth.
Good kissing takes practice, but at least it is fun to practice this one!

Hope this helped! Good luck!

I think being interested in someone and hanging out is okay but 13/14 is a little young to be making out

Dont listen to the giezers here, making out with someone, or doing ANYTHING with someone is all based on how much you like them, i was in love when i was 7 and making out and im still an A student, it relives stress. just dont get sex involved, at that age relationships go haywire

A wise decision to wait.
Do you want to make out? Silly question, of course you do. The point is don't be pressured into doing something you are not comfortable with.

of course it is ok. You jus have to take certain precautions before engaging in such activitties, especially at this young age. You jus have to know your boundaries and be very cautious otherwise your gonna end up having sex at an early age.

well, making out eventually leads to having sex, sometimes you dont plan things like that.. i dont think you should but who am i to tell you whats right and wrong..i think if you are questioning it, then it obviously didnt feel like the right thing to do... just take time as it goes.( in other words go with the flow).. and let things happen on their own.. thats when you know its right..
