Shouldn't we exercise twice as much as we eat?

(this is my version of another question I just saw.)

The average person should exercise at least 30 minutes every other day. On the days you don't exercise you should relax your muscles.

Does that mean that since cows have four legs and four stomachs, that they should eat and exercise in equal proportions?

Just watch what you eat, when you eat and how you eat it. That is exercise enough for ssome.

not necessarily

after we walk for a while we get tired of walking
but after we for a while we don't get tired and we want to eat more its fun

Good thinking....some of us are disabled and can only excercise for a certain length of time....but, we do what we can do....
