Why should they? Liberals hate police officers, just like our troops and others in uniform.

As a police officer I never give liberals a break. I always enforce as many things on them as possible: Traffic, DUI, misdemeanors. Maybe if they didn't have the Clinton/Obama 2008 bumpersticker I could look the other way on minor things. But since they choose to express thier politics so evidently, I cannot in good conscience use officer discretion to cut them any type of break, sorry! "Had a few too many drinks this evening? Come with me Mr. Liberal, we need to conduct a Field SobrietyTest!"

On the other hand, I always try to be as courteous as possible for my conservative friends. Speeding might normally get you a ticket, but not if you have your N.R.A. bumpersticker! "Had a few too many drinks this evening? Well, I can see you are a good person just by your Bush/Cheney bumpersticker...tell you what, since no one was hurt tonight, just park the car and we will call you a cab"

OhBrother: Tell me Mr. 30 years, how many cops did you pull over for speeding and write them up? None, unless you wanted to be a pariah in the LE community. How many lawyers and judges did you ticket or lock up for minor crap? How many drunk cops you pulled over did you DUI? Yea...thats what I thought, douchebag!

I am the same way. If they have a Kerry bumper sticker or one of those stupid rainbow stickers, I write them up for the full amount!

You are a 'fine and exemplary' cop.
So, I should get high, drink a bottle of scotch, and borrow my redneck neighbour's car with the 20 'Bush is our Saviour' stickers on the windows, the next time I go to the Redlight district to pick up a couple of hookers?

Mr Nice Cop:
Will you also pay for the taxi?
Will you drive the car home so that I can spend more time with my girls?

Good one! LOL

As a retired Police Officer with 30 years of service you would have never made it past Field Training with me. I was an Sgt. an F.T.O. A offender is an offender. I am a Conservative and find that we seem to be running out of qualified candidates for Law Enforcement. It's obvious by your avatar you are a wanna be. I don't believe you could pass any oral board

I think that because Sting is a "Lib", I don't really see The Police having a problem with other "libs". Actually, the "libs" probably make up a majority of their fan base.

Police officers don't like the NRA and support most gun control. I doubt any police officer is in favor of more guns on the street.

First off, may I tell you how much you are appreciated! Several years ago, I took a federally funded citizens' police academy training program which pointed out very accurately exactly what you officers deal with every day. And, to answer your question, I agree with you 100%. Thank you officer for all you do!

You're funny! I don't believe you're a cop though. You'd lose your job if someone caught you saying that stuff, I imagine.

Things to do tomorrow: Get me a Bush/Cheney sticker... just in case...

Well I believe cops have Unions? And since organized labor (Unions) are about as lib as you can get you may just have to arrest yourself sometime.

The police should be able to smash a libs head in just like in the 60's, a decade that the liberals love!
