we have never been visited by aliens, not at the presrnt time, nor will we ever be visited by aliens. The universe is too vast for someone to find us. in cosmic time, the earth was created in a split second. and it will be gone in a split second. not long enough to be found. If our messages are intercepted by aliens and a response is sent. our earth will be long gone.Hope i'm wrong on all of the above. There are billions of other life forms out there and a million times smarter than we our. Maybe someday, maybe someday.

I can't technically prove it but I don't think that it's possible for there NOT to be other life out there.
My astronomy professor has a hugevposter of the universe as we know it so far and then a tiny dot of the solar system that says, "YOU ARE HERE". By looking at it, I just think that we are so small and the universe is so big. There must be life. We have already found other planets (called exoplanets) in other star systems that may support life. I think the search could be over real soon. :)

Can I prove aliens are real? You bet I can. Just go to any Walmart and you'll see them standing in line with their their multitudes of kids..or do you mean space aliens? If the latter, you'll have to ask the citizens of Roswell, NM.

Mathematically, they are a certainty. Also mathematically, the chances that one would discover us (and this is assuming that they have a way of getting around nature's speed limit, the speed of light) is very very small. So, if you want to prove without a doubt that they exist and are here the only way to do it would be to produce one.

You have to have faith in aliens, you know, firm belief in something for which there is no proof.

i guess the scientific possibility is yes. theres an endless universe and theres bound to be something out there.
