I had this problem the first day I bought my ferrets, but I also solved it the first day.You can either buy another corner box or buy a cat litter box if you have a big enough cage(good for more than one ferret). I've found that the cat box works the best because of the size. If you just want it to use the one you have then put the poop in the box using a paper towel or something. Then spray some ferret off in the corner that it pooped in. This should make the ferret not use that spot again. If it uses that spot more though you should move the litter box to that corner or put your second one their. Clean the litter box daily(ferrets poop alot) because if it is full then your ferret will use a diferrent corner. Ferrets can be picky about the cleanliness of the box. If it isn't clean then they won't use it. Make sure you are using a newspaper type litter because if you use cat litter it will just dig it out. Though I put fresh step kitty litter under the ferret litter because it helps control the odor better. Also if you put a fleece blanket on the bottom of the cage under the litter box then the ferret will only use the litter box. They don't like to poop where they sleep. It's what I did and what solved my problem. It may work for you, though no ferrets are really the same so I don't know. I hope this helps you. Almost forgot if you have a high corner litter box make sure it is secured to the cage or your ferret will move it and poop behind it.

I reccomend you get the type of cage I have. The cage I have for my ferret has three floors. The top floors has her bed. It is a fleece bed which hangs down and has clips to clip it to the top of the cage. The second floor has her food and her water. Then, the bottom floor in the litter box. It has a tray that slides out so I can change it and it takes up the entire bottom so he'll have no choice but to go in it.
