The evidence certainly makes it appear that he lied by not telling the truth about his attending the Nov.27,2006 meeting where the firing of the attorneys was discussed. It's going to be interesting to see how this all shakes out.

He didn't lie. Why did Bill Clinton lie to Congress? Why did Sandy (burgler) Berger stick papers down his pants? Why did Hillary Clinton kill Vince Foster? Lots of q's here. Why, why, why?

because he serves at the pleasure of the president,,, and he is incompetent,, he has never even tried a case in his life,, not qualified to be Attorney General,, the chief law enforcement officer of the people,, or head the Department of Justice,, or the FBI,, he is just a former Bush house boy from Texas,, like the rest of Bush's cabinet,, he is over educated and incompetent,,, he forgets,, he is not the legal council for George W. Bush,, he is legal council for the USA.
