It means that a pokemon with the HM strength can push it out of the way. Sorry but I haven't played in months so I can't remember how to get the Strength HM

Quit being a jerk Niketan. Don't worry all you have to do is get one of your pokemon to use the move strength on the boulder.

Use HM..06 i think (strength). You can use it outside of battle after you get the Heat Badge from Flannery in Lavaridge Town.

you need HM Move Strength,you can get it in the rusturf or whatever the name is tunnel that connects rustboro city to vendantuf town,but you need to get Rock Smash first in Mauville City first,after you got it, go to the tunnel from the vendanturf entrance and break the rock,when you reunite those two lovers,the guy will give you hm Strength
