Who thinks shelton benjamin should move to Smackdown and get a Push for tTHe Cruiserweight title?

I think he should because he has good skills and they dont use him..only on heat YAY!! but i think he should move to sd! and go for cruiserweight or US tilte..thoughts?

Is he eligable becuase if he is then he should go a lot more use there
