Your right it does. It is however illegal in some areas so be careful of going into the Network Mkt. The most famous of these the Amway products. People have gotten extremely wealthy off of the amway products. But for everyperson who gets wealthy from the sale of the Amway products someone also gets royally screwed.

most people approach nwm as a pie in the sky dream. you know big money little work in time for the summer.
the truth is it requires time effort and money- just like college!
people don't even give them selves time to succeed. they will not spend time developing a solid client customer based so they can teach others how to do the same. cash flow from customers is king.
after 4 yrs part time was able to pay off debts and solid replace job income (stay at home).
