How do you download games using the r4 for ds? Suggest games also?

i'm getting the r4 for my nds lite, and i was just wondering how the heck can you download games into it. i know a source that downloads nds games into the r4 for a price, but i want to know how to do it myself to save money. also pls suggest 5 ds games for me to download and why u suggested them. these are the ds games i already bought before and have:
1. pokemon ranger
2. chronicles of narnia
3. new super mario bros
4. nintendogs: dalmatian and friends
5. mario hoops

just download the roms, save it into a folder and drag and drop the files in to your micro sd.

Get a microsd card and an adapter(most come with an SD adapter if your computer has an SD card slot). Download the R4 firmware, then download the games from the internet, load both things onto the card, and then put the microsd into your R4, and put your R4 into your ds.

You just need to download ,go to all downloads and then drag to your desktop.After that right click it ,then extract files . It will give you a folder . Inside the folder is your ds file like a white document and drag it to your ds file!
