ALIEN vs. PREDATOR was pretty gory/violent. I really liked the plot, too. I don't know, it's a toss up. They were all pretty gory and violent. That's why I like the series!

I has to be Aliens. (the second one) Space Marines with futuristic weapons, a literal plethora of aliens and a construction suit with big claws. It was definitely the most violent. All the rest only had one or two aliens and after Aliens the series went to hell.

Hard to say really - I can never manage to watch just one of them , I have to go through the whole series.
Possibly Ressurection - it has the bit with the alien/mutant being sucked into space.
