im not fat or anything, but my legs are just so curvy, are there any excercises to help this?

Why would you want to girl. I have skinny legs and spend every day doing toe presses trying to build some shape into them. Curvy legs are very sexy.

I wasnt going to answer but I saw that liposuction was a suggestion. Lipo will not help if you have curvy legs that arent fat. I worked for a plastic surgeon for 3 yrs. Another girl that worked there had "piano legs"....they were just thick, not even curvy. She had lipo and got OK results but its not like they can sculpt out a thin leg. She healed up and a year later had lipo AGAIN. She had so much lipo'd from her thighs that her butt literally collapsed down the back of her leg since there wasnt anything to hold it up. Her legs look awful and theres nothing she can do to get her old legs back. The doctor did exactly what she asked and it looks horrible.

To thin out try Pilates. It helps lengthen and might change the appearance of your legs but the bottom line is LOVE your curves. Learn to dress to play them up and flatter them. My sister has muscular curvy legs and wears stillettos all the time....her legs look great and the guys love how long her legs look.

I personally don't think curvy legs are a bad thing, but to each their own. One thing many people don't understand though is that spot reduction weight loss isn't possible. Some people are just genetically predispositioned to carry more weight in some areas than others. You could however try some cardio exercises, such as walking or jogging, and exercises such as lunges, squats, etc. that target the muscles in the legs. Let me warn you though, those might not work like you want them to. You might not get the skinny legs that you want. This might just tone up the legs but not actually make them much smaller. Again, I think a woman with thick, toned legs is better than a girl with toothpick legs anyway though.

Not running, at all. I am a runner, and running bulks up your calves. As a result, I got a plus size modeling contract- they are required to have curvy legs. You know what else? Those girls in runway and the magazines with stick legs... are running the risk of more fractures and joint damage than someone with the muscle to hold herself up.

Embrace who you are- no amount of skinny or smaller will ever make you happy for long. That comes from within, and it is more noticeable to the people around you to have good self confidence than "perfect" features.

I used to have the same issue. Slim body but curvy legs that didn't match the rest of my body in my opinion. My best advice would be to cut down on fatty foods and eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables but most importantly, speed walk/jog. I do not recommend running because it will bulk your legs up.

Exercise would probably just make them more muscular. The only way to make them skinnier is to give up exercise and food. In college I used to work as a waitress at a gay/lesbian bar that had a drag show, and one of the drag queens used to spend as much time as possible with his/her arms in slings so they would be more delicate. He/she also lived on slimfast, pretty much. My advice: make the best of your curviness. Skinny jeans will be out before long.

Who wants to look at chicken legs? I like a little shape on a woman. Accentuate the assets you have. Don't hide a good thing.

what the freak is wrong with u, appreciate yur body. god made ur legs just fine. where r u getting all this "skinny leg" stuff any way! appreciate yourself, because the people from the fashion industry is getting payed for their skinny creepy legs, not u

if it's curvy in a nice way, why do you bother? lots of girls want it that way. But if over all you're not satisfied, i suggest running is your best option.
