It's in his name...it's his truck. Yes, it's stealing.

So what's your question? Sounds like he fessed up, and although he hid them from you it doesn't sound like he lied (sorry, if I missed anything in there where he intentionally told you something that was untrue). Now that you've discussed this issue, start working on fixing it. Get couples counseling if needed...get your libidos back on track. Try watching the porn together or role playing or adult toys or sex games or date night or a weekend away or whatever will help bring back the spark, and some new spice to make it interesting and desirable for both of you. Sex and money are the two biggest issues that seem to plague couples and those tend to be traced back to lack of communication. Keep the lines of communication open at all times...talk about how you feel, talk about sex, talk about why you do and don't want it, etc. Good luck!

First off, "stealing"
Second, is there another auto in the family? Probably shouldn't be taking his truck when you're mad anyway. People make stupid mistakes when they are angry behind the wheel.
Third, and most important, if he has the right to grab your wrist and leave a mark, you have more important issues than the ownership and usership of the truck.
His property is his property. You, however, are not.

If the truck is in his name and your both legally married then there is nothing that he can do. The truck is yours as much as your husbands. My ex use to do that to me when I would leave in his precious car. He threatened to call the police on me for stealing his car. I did leave one night with my 3 children in the car and he did call the police and told them that his car had been stolen. The police found me on the road and I had to go back to my house so they could tell my ex that the car was also mine since we were legally married. If you are divorced and your husband were to get the truck and you took it then it is stealing. Your husband is probably about like my ex - intimidating.

I can't believe all the rude people pointing out this poor woman's mistake. Oh brother. The woman is asking for help, excuse her if she is a little upset and misspelled a freaking word! This isn't a spelling test. Oh so perfect ones! Chill out!
I would laugh at my husband for telling me that. No cop is going to pay him any attention when he say's that his "WIFE" went for a ride in the truck that she is helping pay for! Crazy husband.

If you and your husband stay in the same house no it is not stealing and tell him when the police pull you over you left the house because your husband put his hand on you

In such a case I would not touch his truck because I think he would get even more violent with you. The best thing for you to do is to forget his truck and leave things that belong to him alone because clearly he has a tendency for violence.

if you name isn't on the title and he wanted to be a butt-hole yea he probably could do that. if he left marks on you ... call a taxi or a good friend. get out and let him cool off and i would think long and hard about going back. physical abuse is never excusable

You are both way too immature to be married. Why don't you get a divorce and save the both of you a lot of misery down the road.

For one, you need to go back to school and learn how to spell. Pre-read your questions before posting them. You need to STEAL a teacher to help you out. But as far as your question...yes that is considered stealing. ((not stilling)) Besides...get your own car.
