Tell how much she means to youas a freind. How much of an idiot you were, your ashamed of how you acted...

things along those lines...if you were my best male friend and you did a mean thing to me your apology would sound like...

"I sincerely regret for the way I acted the other night, if I could take that moment back I would. Please accept my apology for being such an idiot. You have been my bestest friend in the world and I wish I could make it up to you in some way. I realize now I was wrong for .......... I would hate to lose you as a friend over this moment of stupidity. I would like to continue to be there for you like always...Im very sorry."

so there you have it....Good Luck! Remember dont say it unless you really mean it. It has to come from the heart....

if you have to ask someone else that question then your not really sorry. an apology has to be from the heart and it has to be sincere or otherwise it's fake

A simple sorry and a hug can go a long way!

Don't make excuses. Just admit that you were wrong and that you are genuinely sorry. Tell her that you have learned your lesson and you hope that she will someday forgive you. You have to swallow your pride. That's key!

Just give her a hug and tell her how truly sorry you were for whatever you did. If she can't accept that your sorry, that's her problem.

you should always speak from the heart. it won't matter what words you use, as long as you mean it truthfully. you can't practice what your heart feels, so when you see her let it all out
