And my seats are in the first row on the first base line...Any advice on what to do...Like should I take a camera, glove...make a sign? Anything like that...Will I have a good chance at meeting any players?

Take whatever you want to make it memorable for you. Camera is cool, glove gets in the way - you can either catch or you can't. Signs are another annoyance, especially to those around you. I wouldn't suggest that unless you have something extremely clever to say (verified by others, please!!) or unless you think you will be on TV with it, and that is sheerly for vanity. All of those people will be at the game with you - having a sign doesn't make you special. I would bring an official NL or MLB ball for autographs. You will have a chance to get some autographs if you are polite but persistent. If someone tells you they'll come back after throwing, don't be afraid to remind them of that as they jog past. And have a pen ready to make it quick and easy for them. And last but not least - have some $$$ - stuff is so over-priced, it is disgusting!!

Cameras should be good. Gloves maybe. A sign might be an annoyance if it's too big. My sister got Matheny's autograph one time, but she didn't really talk to him. We were along the first base line about 6 years ago and the catcher and first basemen came out to sign autographs before the game. I'm not sure exactly which players they bring out now. You might meet some players. It's hard to say.

Good luck and have fun!

You would have to get to the game a couple of hours early to meet players wherever you went. Definitely bring a glove and be careful as foul balls will be prevalent. I never saw the old Busch- I'm from New Jersey, but I saw the new Busch in August and it's a nice place. Great views into center field although my pictures didn't come out. Fans in St. Louis are great- although annoying if you're rooting from the other team.

i'm from STL and signs will just make people mad...unless something clever is said on them. a glove and a ball will be fine to bring...if you get there early, like during batting practice you should be able to get an autograph, but be careful because a lot of people get there early and although their seats aren't down there people will be there, just for autographs...oh and definately bring a camera the view into centerfield is amazing...especially with the arch in the view.
