Don't just say "I like you", let her know you think she's special, that you feel great when you're around her, that you hope to get to know her better, that you want to spend more time with her. Those words are true and if she likes you too, you should get a romantic response. If she only wants to be friends, she can respond in a friendly way.

I actually did this very thing a few days ago. I'm a romantic chicken, so I hand-wrote her a letter and told her how I felt. The bad news is that I got turned down, but the silver lining to that was that she was really nice about the refusal and said that the letter was sweet. We're still friends (...JUST friends. Waaah!)
So anyway, the bottom line is that it didn't work for me, but I still think it was a good game plan, and it might work for you. Go for it, and good luck!

Try just walking up to her and telling her and being honest about your feelings. I can think of no other way that says more and would mean more.

I agree with the first answer.
That would be cute if you kissed her on the cheek and walked away acting shy and embarssed or say "im sorry, are you gonna sue me for harrsting you"
like on that movie. It would also be cute

well just go up to her and tell her when no1 is around and say you LIKE HER ALOT....but what ever you do just don't tell her over the fone or e-mail, it means more in person....cuz over the fone you won't be able to see her face expression,and the e-mail thing just is stupid...have fun with it.....and GOOD LUCK....!!!!!
