lab report question?

Hi, I have to make a graph, my smallest number I must graph is -0.0063 and my highest number is +33. Does anyone have any suggestions on what number I should start with on my graph. (I have enough space for 38 intervlals (lines on the graph) please help!!!!

put the intervals as 1's. for the decimal number(s), just put where it would roughly be.
