Will a change in the real estate market curtail flips? Are there any good flip markets outside of CA?

i am when i start watching it i cant stop till the start showing something else.On fridays after i watch that i watch "what not to wear" too

I love this show. I like watching any of the shows about houses or landscaping. Most of them have changed and now are more entertainment than letting us see the process. A lot of the program is wasted on people acting silly and I am not a big fan of silliness in adults. I want to see more details about buying the properties, remodeling them and selling them they could let us see so much more than they do in a hour.

I love that show. Although I cannot believe the prices buyers play for those houses BEFORE they fix them up. I believe there is a market for flipping in any state - just remember the most important thing - location, location, location.

I'm hooked on it and all the other shows on HGTV. I leave the TV tuned to that station most of the time.
I learn so many things. They have great ideas!
Yes. Any interior designer can do that. They are available everywhere. Just look them up in your phone book. They go to school to learn all that stuff. They are all good but some have more talent than others. Just like any other creative talent like artists.

I liked the version of Flip This House with Richard Davis & his team from Trademark Properties, based in S.C.
But don't care for the new version of it with different people.

I am soo hooked that I can't stop watching. I have even started to believe that I can probably do the same thing...but then I realize that right now isn't the right time to take that kind of risk.

They are great shows... they help you redecorate without costing a fortune and give you great ideas on "how to" do things properly.
