im having trouble signing in. I dont know where to get the username and the password! Please instruct me on how to get everything!

Ok, if youre a v4 owner, then at the beginning when you first started your Tamagotchi, you were asked to set time, date, bday and user name. for example your user name is jaimi, you put jaimi on the user name part of tamatown. then go to PC and your tama will fly away and will give you a personal login password. YOU CAN ONLY USE THIS PASSWORD ONCE, THEN YOU WILL GET A NEW ONE EVERYTIME. Once you are done with tamatown, when you sign out, it the computer will give you the logout password. then you will get passwords for itwems you have obtained. THESE PASSWORDS CANT BE SHARED ON DIFFERENT TAMAS. You can find a manual for this online, using google while ttyping in tamagotchi v4 manual.

If your tama is a v3, all you have to do is enter your usename like if it is jaimi, that's all u do.

Hey! Alright here's what you do: On your tamagotchi toy use the A button to select the heart icon (far right on the top) and the B button to click it. Then use the A button again to go down one and select PC. This should give you a Login Password, which you then enter when you want to go to TamaTown. Hope this helps!!!

Sometimes websites hit rough spots. Just wait an hour or so.
