If they are really nasty, use Industrial Purple and a soft scrubbie, safe for teflon pots and pans. Just be aware it may take some of the finish off with it, but I specialize in some of the nastiest eviction clean-up imaginable and sometimes that is what it takes. Most of what you're dealing with is greasy fingerprints and grease from food and spilled coffee and chunky sticky food stuff. Murphy's oil won't do much for any of that. That is for people who barely touch their kitchen cabinets. For future maintainance, see about installing some handles if you don't have any... that'll direct sticky hands in once spot, rather than all over the cabinet.

Murphy's Oil Soap. My family has used it for generations and the cabinets in my grandmother's house looked brand new. The people that bought her house a couple years ago thought the cabinets were new-- when we told them they were the same cabinets in the house since the 70's they couldn't believe it.
