not sure but this is at least the second STIG. Often referred to as the STIG in White. A previous STIG wore black and was racing driver Perry McCarthy.
The identity of the current STIG ( the STIG in white) is unclear however in an interview for Dutch TV it has been suggested he sounds a bit like Jenson Button. I'm not sure but listen to the broadcast below

The new stig is a exracing driver called ben collins, they taped him speaking on top gear and matched it up with a ben collins from bristol. if you search google, you will see this is the case. Hoever, he is not the only "stig" they use other drivers, if you look at the stig, you willnotice different body builds and heights when he is filmed standing.

The original Stig was ex-F1 test driver Perry McCarthy,but he let the secret out in his autobiography & got sacked.Ppl say he got re-hired & is still The Stig.

The first Stig was ex-F1 driver Perry McCarthy, but He had a big mouth so they had to kill him off. Stig 2 remains anonymous.
