Since she had neither it was a DIRT POOR show.

I'm not a Hillary fan, but I think she was reading a selection by a Southern author, so her accent can be justified as oral interpretation. This is unlike Obama's speech the same day, when he started talking like he was taught to speak in a slave cabin instead of the halls of Harvard.
