It has frozen multiple times, I have followed all of the online xbox 360 support steps and nothing happens.

Restart it, is the only way.
If you have problems, call them and tell them this thing sucks and that you want a new one.

Step 1: Shutdown your console
Step 2: Check the plugs in the back and make sure they are firmly connected.
Step 3: Reboot the system, if you get 3 red lights then it's general hardware failure.
Step 4: Try some other games for freezing.
Step 5: If they too freeze then you might need to send your system back via 1-800-4MY-Xbox.
Step 6: If you want to try to find the error code by using the red lights. First, once you see the 3 red lights, pressing the sync and eject button at the same time will show a different grouping of red lights. Say you get 3 red lights, then 4 red lights, then 2 red lights, then 3. It reads as error code 3-4-2-3.
Step 7: Once you have deciphered the code search for it using google and see what results you get and try those remedies.
Step 8: Otherwise call up India via 1-800-4MY-Xbox, lol.
