I have already went on vacation for 10 days, but now I want to visit my boyfriend in England for 8 days. Whats a good lie to tell my boss so I can go on another vacation trip without him firing me?

Weather you lie or not it looks really bad to go on a 10 day vacation (which is very uncommon to allow you to do) and then another 8. You risk the reality of getting fired for never going to work either way.

I can't help you invent a good lie, and frankly, believe it can come back to haunt you.
While you might need to wait a little time in between, I think honest works best. Tell your boss about your relationship with this man and why you need to travel. I think most of the time, honesty does better in the long run.

Try pink eye. It would work for at least a week, you don't have to sound sick, and it's very contagious. Your boss won't want you anywhere near the office.

Say that your mother (far away) is losing her house and has no one to help pack up or move out and she has no idea where to go. That would take about 2 weeks, eh? Maybe say she has an illness like osteoporosis that would make it even harder for her to do all of that. tch - i'm so bad. Good luck.

if you have the vacation time to take, then it doesn't matter how you choose to use it. If you don't have the time to take then you can't take it. Only thing you can ask is if you can take time off without pay.
