I need pump up songs for lacrosse. Coach told me to put a cd together to pump us up. i need some good stuff not old crap.

there are different bands that I listen 2 before my rugby games and they pump me up. heres a few:

System of a down
Godsmack
Evanescence
Saliva

It mostly depends on your taste of music, but these bands' music is pretty nice too.

try the ok go cd...it works good when I run...or maybe like some heavy rock or techno something that makes u wanna move with it.
