I am a stay-at-home mom and also work part-time from home. I do most of the household chores and he takes care of a few. But, he's always willing to help out when needed. If we both worked full-time, we would split the chores 50/50, but since I'm always home, I do the majority of the work.

Yes men and women should split the chores. It's equal.

Chores? I dont know if we call it chores or not we do things together around here and we both clean and do household things together. It is like 50/50 around here. This is what works for us. Not one person should do it all in a marriage it should be shared equally if you ask me. JMHO.

The one who works out side the home...does not do the chores....only like taking out trash mowing lawns working on cars.
If you are home all day...you do all the housework...and the cooking and shut up about it.
If you work too...then you slit it down the middle.

Yes, I think they should be split between the husband and wife. And I also think that if the wife is doing most of the work while her husband is at his job, I don't see anything wrong with guys giving their wive's a break and doing the housework either.

Yes. I am a stay -at- home mom (work from home as well). I tend to do more because I am home most of the day and he is not.

Of course, its the 21st cencery. Simple as that. Any man or woman who believes that one gender should do certain things really needs a reality check. It was stupid in the past and its more stupid now.
